Reading that second link reveals after all these years why the great book HITCHCOCK/TRUFFAUT contains a frame/illustration of Marion undressing which wasn't in the movie we all saw stateside.
UK, 4 DVD boxset has Bates stabbing Arbogast at the bottom of the stairs - Marion undressing more & bloody hands. Can't remember the other movies had cuts there not memorable viewing too me I don't like them much.
