Haven't listened to Dracula yet. Still listening to the Kilar version - 1st on headphones then out of speakers. I can't comment too much on the music of The Bride Wore Black other than it has the Hermann flourishes and devices found in past works, rearranged so delightfully here.
It has a piece by my favourite Baroque composer, Vivaldi (Mandolin Concerto RV 425), although I prefer the Biondi interpretation.
The recording is really 1st class IMO, beautiful and sumptuous.
I only wish they would lay into Rozsa's Jungle Book!
