Am I following this correctly?

The "Buccaneer" underscore tracks were recorded in Germany, and the soundtrack LP was done in Mexico?


No. As I mentioned, I remixed the Buccaneer for stereo laserdisc using the original scoring mags. To do this, Paramount provided all of the session logs they had and the legal papers. All
were marked as recorded in Mexico conducted by Elmer Bernstein.
Between takes, you can hear Elmer taling. Anything else is in spanish including when they call out the takes.
then someone else chimes in and says - no, no - this was recorded in Munich. Elmer says so and I must be wrong. Why tapes made in supposedly in Germany would be marked Mexico by the Paramount legal department and takes called out in Spanish in a german studio, of course, does not make sense.
