beeing just watching the movie on tv i noticed the beautiful score by bill conti. I looked it up on the soundtrack net database and it says that there is only a bootleg which is estimated at 30 $. Anyone has it and can comment on quality? And how about availability.
No joke, I thought the copy of this I owned was actually legit! It sure SOUNDS (and is packaged) in a professional and fantastic way, and the music itself is presented as a good listening experience - I can't help but wonder if the boot is a leaked album master Conti prepared?
I love this score's richly classical, tragic demeanor. The irish influences in the orchestration are present but used sparingly and tastefully.
I too think this one should be shared with the world at large. Here's for a release!
