I was also impressed with the scoring on Lost. One of the few series I've seen lately where the music's had impact, that isn't just generic, electronic "mood" chords and electronic percussion (not that there's anything wrong with that if it's good stuff, but it's often bland and dismissible). Can anyone tell whether it's actual, bonafide orchestral, or emulation? The show's got me totally freaked too, what with the unseen, lumbering, gargantuan beasties...if that's what they are. There's a lot of food for imagination here. I sampled five minutes of the original airing, then hoped for an encore...which they thankfully did on the weekend. --Coop
