I think my favorite by Shore is actually NOBODY'S FOOL. It's a controversial pick, but I sorta perfer it to his dark, brooding material (which I rarely go for these days anyway). I also really like the score to MRS. DOUBTFIRE.

Absolute favourite is MRS DOUBTFIRE.

This score is enchanting and sweet and quite something special.
I sought it out on CD and found the original Fox Records release from 1993.

I play it alot due to it's beautiful themes.

I know it's not the most accomplished score out there or does anything groundbreaking but it's a damn fine concept, carried off by Shore with complete success.

To be honest I'm surprised I am the first person to mention this score.

More of you have gotta like it.

You're actually not the first to mention Mrs. Doubtfire, John Mullin beat you to it.

My favourite Top 10:

Looking For Richard
The Lord of The Rings trilogy
eXistenZ
Se7en
The Score
The Fly
Silence of The Lambs
The Cell
Crash
The Yards

For me, The Lord of The Rings trilogy doesn't make it to the top spot because there's just too much - I've still not managed to get through the whole of The Two Towers set...but I am glad I have it!!
