It's a controversial pick, but I sorta perfer it to his dark, brooding material (which I rarely go for these days anyway). I also really like the score to MRS. This score is enchanting and sweet and quite something special. I sought it out on CD and found the original Fox Records release from 1993. I play it alot due to it's beautiful themes. I know it's not the most accomplished score out there or does anything groundbreaking but it's a damn fine concept, carried off by Shore with complete success. To be honest I'm surprised I am the first person to mention this score.
