Wow. I love that Theme. It appears on a Burt Lp which I bought years ago. The green one, ONE LESS BELL TO ANSWER.
Sad to hear that terrible news. My heart goes out to Burt and Angie, Family and Friends.

Thanks Zoob for posting the lyrics. I'm very familiar with the instrumental and only heard Burt perform this once on television back in the seventies.
I am always sad to hear of someone dying so young.
