Just watched this little seen 1971 Rosalind Russell film on TCM. It had a decent and varied score by Lalo Schifrin. It starts with a "Man From Uncle"-ish main title, has Latin-flavored rhythms for some scenes in Mexico, and Eastern European sounds for the bulk of the film, which is set in Albania. The score would make a good candidate for release, but the film's United Artists origins probably work against the tapes being extant.

I watched it on TCM too but TCM Europe.
It's made like a "Man from UNCLE" story.
The cast is fabulous--mostly MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE guest actors:
Darren McGavin
Nehemiah Persoff
Harold Gould
Albert Paulsen
John Beck
Dana Elcar

The cast and the score are about all the film has going for it. The plot is a dud (it was scripted by Rosalind Russell herself).
Further research provides the following additional music credit: "Dance Music and 'Merdita' Theme by Andre Previn." Previn and Schifrin on the same film, and an unknown one at that.

My best friend in Junior High and High School and I went and saw this at a matinee one Saturday in the spring of 1971 when I was in 9th grade. I haven't seen it since, but I remembered it to be a tad boring. I do recall Schifrin did the score, and it sounded somwhat like M:I (which was still on CBS at the time), but I don't remember much else.

Caught this again recently.
Lighthearted spy bunkum but great score by schifrin, plenty of cimbolom and all his usual trade marks.
Did it ever get a release?

No release of Schifrin's score to date.
