Slightly belated RIP to the first subject of this thread, Leigh Chapman, Napoleon's secretary in a number of first season episodes, but who then carved out a larger niche as a TV and screenwriter. In fact, she was one of the first women to write mostly action material. (She and Robert Vaughn also had a brief relationship during this time).
Jon Burlingame wrote the obituary notice in Variety.

That's sad news. I'm watching Man From Uncle for the first time (in my life) and quite enjoy her character on the show. Surprisingly sexy for 60's television.
This was the first of these threads I started and the most extensive. Getting all of it fixed will take the longest but the effort is underway and this will also give me another reason to revisit the episodes again. (In the meantime, bumping the thread will make it easier to access as the fixing continues).
Why was Hollywood and young American girls so into boyish Russian dudes during the height of the cold war? Looking at you MFU and ST:TOS. I guess love conquers all.
I may need to make a significant correction to several posts that have spotlighted Leigh Chapman, who had the recurring role of Mr. Waverly's secretary in Season 1. It seems that the numerous caps I've used from the original color pilot where the character is sunning herself in her bikini is not Leigh but an uncredited Joyce Taylor. I will be rechecking both versions in the future and making sure that the entries are fixed accordingly since accuracy should always come first in this thread!
