Alex, I think Harkit was smoke screening you with their harsh tone and legal threats. In fact, their e-mail could be used as evidence against them, disclaimer or not, for their poor business practices and lack of professional conduct. It is, more or less, the behavior of a criminal to lash out instead of communicating in a civil manner primarily because they have something to hide. In other words, Harkit is full of HAR-SHIT. Pardon my honesty. I have always found Harkit records to be ok, at the time they seemed to be releasing cd's that no other company had ventured into taking on, ok they were all mainly vinyl transfers, but it was nice to have the soundtracks on a cd. A year or so ago they announced a (premier) release on cd of Petulia? I informed them that FSM had already released this score on a cd coupled with Alice's Adventures, so how could this be a premier release? To which this is their reply from my emails copied and paste, hence to date the cd never materialized. Thanks for this. Our version faetures additional material and new notes. Your points are noted, however. Best wishes, Cinzia Rocca for Harkit Just an error on their part, they just needed to do a little more research, been interesting to know what the (additional) material would have been? Dave
