"At the premiere, Cecil B. DeMille asked Groucho Marx what he thought of the film. Groucho replied, "Well, there's just one problem, C.B. No picture can hold my interest where the leading man's tits are bigger than the leading lady's." DeMille was not amused, by Marx's remark, but Victor Mature apparently was."

The only thing I dislike more than small breasts are people who claim to like them because they think it makes them look classy or intelligent. D.S. I said 'not stupid either, allegedly', and it's nothing to do with what I think it makes me look like to other people Having said that, I have a particular picture in my mind of what I would call 'perfection', and it relates to a model who is currently still in vogue on more than one erotic website on the internet. However, I'm not going to post any pictures or links here or even mention names, both for reasons of keeping above the decency threshold and also not to offend any of the women here. While I have an eye for a certain aesthetic in a woman's appearance, all the good looks are meaningless without a warm, positive and intelligent personality as well, which is, unfortunately, not a common combination.

I thought it said "Men Are Stupid...And They Like Big Books". Oh, well. Carry on, David.

Two thoughts: (1) There is no biological advantage to this supposedly 'desirable trait' which means that it has no valid evolutionary function. That makes it suspect. The sabre-toothed tiger coming over the hill is not a gentleman. He chooses the slowest and easiest prey. Not the sleeker ladies who can run faster and throw him a challenge. Thus nature selects AGAINST these bouncing balloonists. (2) Most men prefer STRUCTURE and line to size. This is no surprise and in keeping with nature. The characters who claim loudly that they worship the balloon therefore show themselves to be mum-fixated regressives. There is no biological advantage in terms of fertility or breast-feeding in the larger orb. But when you were BABIES everything looked big and you clearly haven't grown out of it if you require that. You're looking for mothers. Women will be quick to pick up on that and avoid you. Leg men are better, and the best women know it. So each time you crow about your breast fetishes, know that you're sending out very different messages than you think. This is what gay folks tend to do if they're PRETENDING to be straight. What's needed now is for the women here to begin a thread called 'Women Prefer Big C@%ks'. I really think THAT would stop the bragging.

Thus nature selects AGAINST these bouncing balloonists. Look into sexual selection sometime. Selection has two large components: survival and reproduction. The ability to evade predators and survive harsh climes is on the survival side of things. Many if not most sexually dimorphic traits, however, are the result of selection on the reproductive side of things. That a trait may not have a survival function does not mean that it does not have an evolutionary function. (Also, is there any study demonstrating that breast size has a significant correlation to speed, agility, ability to defend oneself or any other survival trait?) (For an interesting case study, check out the Soay sheep: the sexier ones with the big horns who get most of the action, and the scurred ones with the little horns who are socially irrelevant but occasionally manage to get with one of the girls. You'd think the population would be mostly big-horns, but as it turns out reproduction and survival are at loggerheads in that population: the big-horns are much shorter-lived, which means that even though they get more tail during their lives, but the longer-lived scurs manage to stay sexually competitive and remain in the population merely by dint of longer life-spans than their competitors.)
