I'm going to expose my complete lack of musicality here...
1)Death and Transfiguration - Hancock (John Powell). Funnily enough, not because of the film. I heard the music before the film, made up my own scene to it (whick kicks the corresponding scene in the movies ASS) and it gets me EVERY time.
2)The Finale from THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK
3)The Helicopter Rescue (Superman). The section when the "panic" music changes to the Superman ostinato for the first time.
4)The presentation of the FORCE theme in 'Losing a hand' (The Empire Strikes Back). I waited 20 years for an expanded score just to hear that piece of music.
5)'Parting Words' - LOST
6) The first half of "Final Confrontation", Spiderman, Elfman. Especially the music which corresponds with Spidey launching himself to and swinging through the (insert name of) bridge to meet with the Goblin.
7) Harry Potter and The Prisoner of Azkaban - 'Finale'
Great pick - but I'll mention the track before that - "No Following". My first job straight out of high school was working at a video store and had the store to myself one morning, so I put that on. I have no qualms saying I cried almost uncontrolably by that point.
That piano bit in the "Reunion" track from Papillion is pure gold.
Great score. I love "Hospital" especially the tender presentation of the "camp" theme when Papillon sets a grasshopper free. Reunion is also amazing.
Other scores are:
-the last minute of the Finale from Accidental Tourist -finale from Agnes of God -several moments from Murder in the First (Chris Young's finest score IMO) -Confluence from Memoirs of a Geisha

Dude, I'm totally with you on that one. Amazing cue. Shivers-down-the=spine amazing.
