I would love to get the soundtrack for this film on CD but Amazon only has used copies for $80+ and change. Is this simply OOP? Are there other issues at work here? And is this something that could conceivably be released by FSM or one of the other companies?

I came across a copy of this wonderful score and was asking myself if anyone knows it's worthy to buy. Do you think any label pretends to rerelease it?
To commemorate Leon Vitali's performance in this film and his tireless efforts to preserve Kubrick's legacy, I thought I would bump this topic. Does anyone know if any of the boutique labels ever expressed interest in expanding this "adaptation score"?
For the longest time, I assumed that the OST program was complete, but upon rewatching the film last night and comparing it to the OST, it seems that there are a couple of pieces missing, notably the variation of "Hohenfriedberger March" when Barry rescues Captain Potzdorf, and the variation of "Piano Trio in E-flat" when Lady Lyndon signs the annuity check at the end
