If there was another MFADT Volume, Nacho Libre would be one he probably wouldn't put on it considering his experience on the film. Then again he had a problem on Anywhere But Here, but since he's scored Taking Woodstock for Ang Lee, looks like they've mended fences. After all, it's been exactly ten years since he score ABH.
ANYWHERE BUT HERE was directed by Wayne Wang. Elfman previously scored Ang Lee's HULK.
Yes, this is also one I encountered a few weeks ago; for the longest time, I just thought it was an imdb glitch (like PROUD IZA above), but it seems to be a brief excursion into indie land for Danny - a bio on the surrealist painter George Condo. According to a poster at the MFADP board, some of these tracks have been reworked and pop up in the "Seranada Schizophrana", but I can't confirm, as I have not seen the film.
There is a soundtrack available, actually, but there is no Elfman on it.

Oops I did read your post.. how come I skipped the Condo part Hope FSM can interview Elfman again and ask about these projects..
I am putting together my own Volume Three of Mr Elfman's Music for a Darkened Theatre. As it has been 21 years since the volume two what scores would you cover across two CDs?
