It’s good to have this version out again.
Though it does make me wonder if INTRADA might have the film recording (with extras) somewhere in the pipeline.

and the back cover has track titles, credits etc...plus Scary Mary Mermaid!!!

they have changed it! received mine and the fake mermaid is prettier

sadly, as usual with BSX service, I ordered 2 copies and only received 1 CD.... time to file a claim, after +2 months waiting

that is was pure human error, however the postal service didn't help because if you follow the tracking information we posted it was posted on 09/23/2023 didn't arrive in Spain until Nov 1.

Check your email for the tracking information on the new package which has a bonus CD we hope you enjoy.

While I'm not privy to the contractual and financial shenanigans that go into making a score CD release happen between labels and licensors, I wonder why this London re-recording* of the SPLASH score LP is only an on-demand CDR from BSX, while an old 70s compilation LP by Lee Holdridge (see below) gets a pressed CD edition.
I feel BSX would have shifted many more units of a pressed CD of SPLASH over the easy-listening compilation LP that got the glitzier treatment.
Any reasons why?

Lee Holdridge And His Orchestra
1. Nights In White Satin 4:39
Written By Justin Hayward
2. Love Theme From ‘Lady Sings The Blues’ 5:00
Written By Michel Legrand
3. Alchemy 4:17
4. Jenny’s Theme 2:12
5. Pachelbel’s Canon 5:48
Composed By Johann Pachelbel
6. Neil Diamond Suite - Kentucky Woman / Solitary Man / Shilo 7:33
Written By Neil Diamond
7. Days On My Mind 3:21
8. Snow Frolic 2:05
Composed By F. Lai
9. Theme From ‘The Burglars’ 3:13
Composed By Ennio Morricone
10. Adagio 4:00

*re-done when the film became a big hit and the Hollywood re-use fees (+ Disney) proved too costly to release.
