I just got most of this latest batch from Amazon France. Once I get around to hearing them I'll give a full report.
FYI, THE MUSIC BOX is the same contents as the Varese release.

What's happening with this label ? I would love to see a release of Maurice Jarre's beautiful score to RESURRECTION from the early '80's.
In Autumn there will again appear a CD box from Universal, this time dedicated to all the - so-called complete - scores for Francois Truffaut's films parallel to a Truffaut exposition and retrospective at the Cinematheque Francaise in Paris. There will be at least 7 or 8 CDs in this box, if not more.
It really seems that nowadays we get almost only compilations from this label.

As a boot with the complete original recording of FAHRENHEIT 451 exists for a long time, I suppose that Universal France will certainly release this version officially. On the other hand, I am not so sure about BRIDE WORE BLACK where tapes are probably missing. It will depend on what they can find.
In principle, this will probably be something along the lines of their Demy-Legrand box with 11 CDs. And there they also couldn't find for example all the original tracks for LOLA besides those 4 from the old EP which had already been released before on various CDs so that Legrand therefore made a new recording of some additional tracks.

ok... 8 cds of truffaut 80 % of which will be just re-re-re-re-re-re-re-revisiting what has been done 15 times in the past... and I though that only Disney is bunch or recyclers with their 84th reissue of Merry Poopins.
The tracklisting of the upcoming Truffaut box has now been revealed in the French Underscores forum and it is quite a disappointment. In principle just a rehash of the Truffaut CD compilations from the 90s which were then released by Milan.
Only Herrmann's re-recorded Decca suite from FAHRENHEIT is on the box - not the original score at all! - and not even the complete version of Duhamels SIRENE DU MISSISISPPI, although it had been available in the early 90s on a now quite rare Milan CD: Instead CD 6 contains the old LP album master - what a joke: score mixed with dialogue parts! - from SIRENE and also the 4 dialogue tracks from Delerue's DEUX ANGLAISES which had always been available on LP and CD before they were removed for the last Universal CD edition of DEUX ANGLAISES a few years ago.
On CD 5 there seem to be some cover versions, songs and tracks which have something to do with Truffaut himself.
So all in all, almost nothing new at all on this box which has not been released before.
What a pity:
