The great Georges Delerue will finally get the documentary he deserves, set to premiere at the music festival "La Musique fait son Cinéma" on May 4th:

prelightfilms is also working on a video recording of Delerue's string quartet, performed by the Traffic Quintet directed by Alexandre Desplat.
prelightfilms has already completed documentaries on Gabriel Yared and Maurice Jarre, with scheduled DVD releases along with the premiere of the Georges Delerue documentary.
And they are also currently working documentaries for Alexandre Desplat, Hans Zimmer, Howard Shore, Lalo Schfrin, John Williams, Thomas Newman, and Joe Hisaishi.

Neither can I! I saw this on his website and if I remember correctly they will broadcast this in a couple of months on the ARTE channel. Can't wait for the Williams one either.

I hope I'm not mistaking. I think the previous Delerue documentary 'Music from the movies' dates back to 1994 and was a co-production between ARTE/RTBF. I ordered it from FSM but unfortunately I hadn't noticed that it was region 1 only so I can only see it on my girlfriend's computer.
