It is a composition Patrick composed and dedicated to his friend Emma Thompson. Last year it was performed as part of the programme of the Symphonic Concert at Ubeda Film Music Festival. Didn't know it was on itunes. Thanks for the info!
Just had a chance to listen to this - it's lovely (of course) and shares many qualities with his score for As You Like It. Very nice concert work from several years ago.
