If the Music and Effects track exists that is, it is better than nothing which is what Music Box used for their release of Obsession by Bernard Herrmann. I'd take that than nothing to be honest but a re-recording would be the most beneficial thing to be honest. Get Dave Grusin who's still going strong to do it and then at least you'd have that much.

From what I've heard already of this score on YouTube the only problem would be recreating the exact synths thst were used on it.
