Watched Quatermass and the Pit last nite on TCM, good movie Ide seen it before , liked the music too, Tristam Cary , I forgot I had the cd so I went and dug it out. Neat stuff!!

Agreed. I seem to remember that they were on the Chappell label which was not for public release.. Universal Music now own the Chappell library but all reference to those old recordings seem to have vanished from their UK website though I did find it here https://www.discogs.com/label/58356-Chappell
Now the subject title of this thread interests me because I own a DVD of The Quatermass Xperiment. As a youngster I saw it a few times on TV via its American title The Creeping Unknown. Seeing it several decades later confirmed why it gave me the willies (sorry I just realized that means something else across the drink but too late) back then. Oh and Quatermass II is also on the DVD.
