I'd buy it in preference to Bernstein's score given the choice-I really didn't enjoy that one much (although I do have quite a few of his other scores).
Look for the main Ghostbusters thread; MV said both scores are coming (but not from LLLR's, is the understanding), so apparently the mastyers have no been found. This was about three or four weeks ago. The old quote about them being missing, was from 2011 by MV (they had looked, but couldn't find them at the time).

The album includes original tracks as well as 3 newly re-recorded tracks and an additional track originally recorded for Ghostbusters II but not featured in the film."
