I really enjoy The Interpreter

Well, that's two of us! smile

I have only, until recently had a small number of JNH's scores but picked up 'The Interpreter', last week and was really impressed by the beauty of this one. Really excellent score that got little real credit on this board.

Oh man -- and the CD selection is only the tip of the iceberg -- the complete score is loaded with treasures. I continue to champion the virtues of this score to this day; I'm glad to see you've discovered it's beauty. I enjoy in equal measures its astounding suspense and action material.

The Interpreter, Dreamcatcher, and A Perfect Murder are the top three James Newton Howard scores in most need of expansion in my opinion, but also in regards to the fact that I think the expansions would blow people's minds wide open in suddenly appreciating how wonderful these JNH gems really are!

Ridiculous that there still is not a JNH compilation album. A 2CD for instance. They guy has been working for 30 years.
