3/15/11 This is on sale for one week! 25% off: $149.95.

This is a big deal for us...we weren't sure we would ever mark this down...it was a huge production, our first box set, only one of two we did with a hardcover book. I don't have an exact count on the remaining quantity in stock but I think it's around 300-330 out of the only 2000 produced.

When they are gone, they will be gone!

Lukas

It's one of my favorite sets in my collection, people should buy this, especially at this price you're offering!

Apart from the superb recordings, the packaging is stupendous. A real labor of love, first by Elmer Bernstein, then by FSM.

This set is fantastic, and was well worth the full price.

Take advantage of the discount, folks!

It's hard to believe that this release used to clog the board with the rampant speculation, now it's discounted.

I'm envious of those of you who can purchase Mutiny on the Bounty and Raintree County at these new, insanely-generous prices---$12.95 for Raintree County? $24.95 for Mutiny on the Bounty??? The latter is a three-disc set! Try 'em, kids--they're an amazing couple of scores.

I've been holding back on the Elmer set for a long time but with the law of the sod,I get paid again on the 23rd the day after the offer finishes. I will be happy to order at full price before they all go however. I had some of these albums and these are great recordings!

Took advantage of this offer and placed my order for the Bernstein Boxset, along with Knights of the Round Table and Land of the Pharoahs.

Wish I had the money. Looks like a spectacular set, right up my alley (in terms of how the music is presented etc.).

I agree with all that this is a wonderful collection and I'm so grateful to have it all in one set.
Not to mention the simply glorious 'Kings of the Sun' re-recording - which justified the purchase
alone for me. I had ALL the vinyl releases and have been able to put them out to pasture due to the high quality of this cd box. Plus, this 'ides of March' sale is amazing - if I hadn't already purchased EVERY title listed - I'd buy them all!! There's not a dud in the bunch. There Lukas, can I get my cut now?

Well it's not discontinued, just finally selling out. A bit of an important semantic difference.

This is a great box set. I was not familiar with a lot of these scores so it was nice to learn about them. At $150.00 for, what is it like 8-15 CD's or something, you can't go wrong. This box set, in my opinion, should be in any serious film music guru's collection.

This is an amazing sale. I was only irked that I already had all but one title - durn it all! And the Bernstein box set, the magnificence is unending. My favorite? Probably Rozsa's amazing, stupendous THIEF OF BAGDAD, which I have of course had to replay several times since watching the Criterion version again. I had two of the original LPs but how wonderful to have the whole Bernstein collection, wonderfully and lovingly packaged!

These Ides of March offers are a steal, people! I envy you these sales prices. On the other hand, those of us who paid full price have enjoyed several years' worth of savoring these glorious releases!

Lukas, you need to offer Lay-Away plans for the mammoth box sets. Also, will you accept food stamps and a box of sealed Ultra Fleer basketball cards, circa 1994?

I think I'm going to go for it.

Time is running out - no time left for more cigars.

I did it!

All hell will break loose if the other-half intercepts this priceless package.

Priceless to me, junk to her.
