From a recent conversation in another thread...

(players: nxbusby, losher22, and myself)

I miss it very much. In my opinion, there will never ever be a greater show then Lost. I love Breaking Bad, and Game of Thrones, but as good as they are, theres just that certain something that Lost had, that was just so fantastic. Can never be topped.

I couldn't be more obsessed with Breaking Bad - thanks for mentioning it. In my humble opinion, the ONLY thing that series is missing is more music! And yet, that's one of the cache characteristics of the show - I almost don't miss music's presence.

Awesome you guys...cuz Breaking Bad is at the top of my list of shows to watch. Very much looking forward to it. But first I will finish my Lost revisit, then pick back up with Damages Season 3. I was going to go the Sons of Anarchy route after that, but I keep thinking more and more (and hearing it from others) that Breaking Bad earns priority. Unless Season 4 of Damages becomes available on Netflix streaming before I finish Lost, Breaking Bad will be next up.

And of course, when Season 7 of Supernatural is released, that gets immediate attention, as does Season 6 of Dexter...neither of which have announced their release dates. frown

I also desperately want to revisit one of my all-time favorites that I've only seen all through once, Alias. Outstanding series, that. But that is another story for another time.

DeputyRiley... Yes, season 7 of SUPERNATURAL is a major priority when it is released (we have talking about this several times offline). Looking forward to the second season of NIKITA when it's released.

I just started a re-visit of the Peta Wilson LA FEMME NIKITA series from the 90's... next will be ALIAS (one of my top 5 favorites of all time)... afterwards will be BATTLESTAR GALACTICA, LOST and FRINGE. Lot's to watch. But, looking forward to it.

Finished Supernatural Season 8 a few weeks ago. Brilliant and entertaining as always.

Just finished The Following Season 1 and was blown away by how exciting and complex it was. Very fascinating psychological ruminations on evil and the human mind. Finished the season finale episode and as soon as it cut to black, I just laughed out loud. Not because it was funny, but because it ended on such a gloriously over-the-top shocker and faded to black right in the middle of it I was knocked on my ass! Totally awesome. Season 2 can't come here soon enough.

Next up is Dexter Season 6.

Just found out that Party of Five Season 4 was finally released on DVD so will be checking that out very soon as well. The rest of the later seasons were released on Amazon digital as well so I can finally finish that series.

Justified Seasons 3 and 4 are patiently waiting in the wings...

Desperately want to revisit old flames Lost and Felicity and Buffy and Tru Calling but on the other hand...never seen Fringe or Veronica Mars or Person of Interest or Breaking Bad and am extremely curious about those as well.

I need more time. If only I could afford to take some sick days.

I'm currently re-watching The Pretender and am a little more than half way through Season 3. It was one of my favorite shows when it was on, but I hadn't really seen it much since TNT aired reruns around 2001/2002. I've actually had the DVDs for several years now, but had only ever watched specific episodes. I recently decided it was time to finally sit down and do a complete re-watch from the beginning. Great show.
