Can this be confirmed as actually being released on the aforementioned date - Dec. 13th?

Hopefully a label in Europe will release this on Blu-Ray unlimited and have some extras on it too... TimeWarner sucks!!!

Will this coincide with a soundtrack release?

40 $... I'm sorry but that's insanity in this climate. Fright Night will be $29.95 & Mysterious Island $34.95 (plus p&p). Still too much for me, The Egyptian was a one-off deal. Why is Fright Night priced so high? For a catalog release, it seems very steep.

Over at the BluRay.com forums, the geeks had a field day complaining about most everything it seems, the lack of features, chapter stops, slow shipping, customer service, did you get a magnet or not, etc. If this is true, the 'geeks' were right IMO. I'm only buying the remake on blu; I own the intrada score release of the original, that is sufficient.

Hopefully a label in Europe will release this on Blu-Ray unlimited and have some extras on it too... TimeWarner sucks!!! Maybe they do, but "Fright Night" is a Columbia / Sony release. I ment Twilight Time, sorry but I was in a bad mood writing that because there wasn´t any special features on the disc. They could have paid up for icons of frights commentary and the 25th annivarsary Q&A from 2010, but not so. When a movie is released on BR, there is so much potential to make something out of it , but yet the studios holds back on the material...I could have kept my HD boot instead but I want to support the real deal when it is finally released but want something more when I doubledip on a title (yes I had this on VHS then DVD too...)
