"Vagina" is such a funny word. I don't think I've ever used it in an everyday conversation, although, given that my wife hates the word "c__t", when somebody annoys me I have to say "Ooh - I feel like kicking his vagina in!"

After watching the Mark Wahlberg/Will Farrell film 'Daddy's Home', my new reference to the vagina is "the Swimsuit"

Fun fact: The poster for this production had a "watermark" background that looked like this -

This is wild. I guess I'm well and truly part of the past generation when I'm surprised at stuff like this. I'm half-certain we would have gotten dinged big-time if we'd even said the word out loud.

Many moons ago a restaurant chain named "Hooters" would raise an eyebrow, now it's there ond facades and Nascars.
Who knows, many moons ago you might have been reprimanded for using the verb "dinged" as such vague expressions usually are employed for innuendo.

(Well, maybe not in real trouble, but I would have gotten the hairy eyeball at least.)

Now that, thank God, it's fashionable to shave 'em, it's less likely, but little more than two and a half decade ago and especially in the 70s, you'd stood a very real chance of getting hairy eyeballs when watching a vagina monologue.

Did you know the state of Virginia was originally going to be called Vagina? But then common sense prevailed.

There was a bar there called the "Gin spot" but it went out of business as men apparently couldn't find it.

True fact (is that redundant?)

Not far from us is a town called Penistone. It can raise an eyebrow at first when featured in those rolling local news ribbons along the bottom of the screen.

I've often wondered how Penistone is pronounced. Never heard it said. Is it actually "Penis-Stone"? Or do people disguise the "true fact" by saying thngs like "Pennis-Tone"? Or even "Penniston"...?

By the way, there's a village near here called Cuntis.

the teacher asks the students who have had sexual realtionships, 99% of the students raise their hands[male and female]

I think it's clear that a vast number of those just raised their hand in order to not be exposed to the laughter of the others. It's called conformism.

I raised my hand and I was just READING the question.

Reminds me of a biology class where the subject of semen came up. One young lady asked why it tasted salty. Popular gal.

Kinda reminds me of when I did "The Ball Sack Soliloquies" in 7th grade.
