I don't remember any alert either... Odd, as it is/was a MAF release. Nothing last forever but the earth and sky, as says the song. Happily, I bought it when it was released, and compared to the VCL I sold because of its atrocious muffled sound, it's day & night: I love the glorious sound of the MAF version. What a brilliant score, and in complete form!

I sent an email to Intrada yesterday and this is what I received today... It was an MAF title, but our license expired on it. So there won't be any more pressed. There's still a few copies left on our Amazon store if you want one. http://www.amazon.com/Great-Train-Robbery-Jerry-Goldsmith/dp/B006LUHYPM/ -- Jeff Intrada 5940 College Ave Ste G Oakland CA 94618 http://www.intrada.com On 6/7/2015 7:08 AM wrote: Your site lists THE GREAT TRAIN ROBBERY as sold out, but I thought this was an MAF title. Are you just printing more copies? Peter

This is weird and sudden without warning for folks. They've had more warning on non-MAF titles! I thought the MAF series was to have prolonged licenses to avoid this sort of thing. Yavar

Well, then, Bishop, get to buying more "last" copies right away - we need those new, improved editions!
