One of the most promising composer of the last few years I hope he keeps surprising me since his latest projects haven't been very interesting. Hoping for some more of The Fountain and Moon.
1. Final Movement 2. Pillow Talking 3. Streets of New York 4. Emotional Connections 5. Dangerous Territory 6. Physical Liaison 7. Final Movement (feat. “Not At Home”) [Vocals by Peter Broderick]
Maybe someone could make a cool cover for this one, it's lacking a bit. Great to see this finally being released, though it's been a while since I've seen the movie so I don't remember a whole lot of the music.
I like the cover. I dropped this in my shopping cart without knowing what it sounds like (the sound on this computer is zonked). One of the few current composers who's an automatic buy, but anyone know what the music is like for us speaker-impaired types?
The score release for Last Night is available on HDtracks.com as a high resolution download, available in either 24bit/96khz or 24bit/192khz. You'll be paying a lot for only a little music though.
I'm with DeputyRiley. Anyone have feedback on this score? I just listened to the samples on Amazon and it sounds markedly different from Mansell's past work. Any longtime or diehard fans of Mansell's that really like this one?

I've been addicted to Mansell's Requiem for a Dream for 12 years! The samples I just heard for Last Night did not move me personally enough to explore it further. But good for him for doing something different than we might expect.
I will be getting this from Amazon (stuck it on my wish list when I thought it was in my cart, days went by before I ordered and I forgot), so thanks for bumping this.
Who out there has heard this or has a copy? Is it like any of the other Mansell works?
I don't own the score, but I watched the film to hear the score. It is nothing like Clint's other scores. It's incredibly minimalist and, dare I say, regular. Mostly a piano score, it does have some fairly typical electronic beats thrown into at least one piece. Overall, I'd say it's an okay effort by Clint. Nothing that really stands out. It feels like a rush job done without much room for creative exploration.

Interesting. The samples I heard on Amazon tend to agree with you. Thanks very much for the feedback my friend - I think this might be a secondary pickup for me. Again, much appreciated.
Final Movement (feat. 'Not at Home') (Vocals By Peter Broderick) was featured at the end of the latest Suits episode. It was pretty nice, I actually needed a couple of seconds before I remembered where it was from. Can't wait for Mansell's next score which would be Noah, The Imitation Game looks promising as well.
