Wonderful indeed , what a great mix from stirring to suspenseful to the beautiful near ending music, and then the great majestic theme, touching as can be to me, yep the good will win in the end.

Looked for Volume 2 on Amazon just now. I couldn't get it to come up. The link you provided Charles was for the rather tepid music from the color seasons.

Nice collection of stills from the series...or were some screen captures? There were a lot of nice 1950s memories in your video, Charles. Thanks for your labor of love.

Of course, Jim, we truly dedicated fans already have the music tapes and CDs from all of the seasons, don't we?

I was hoping to hear the "flying music" that has so far been lost. Maybe next time.

Whenever I make one of these little videos I usually run the mono music tracks thru some pro mastering tools and in some cases use a stereo image enhancer to add depth to the mono tracks.

Great Caesar's Ghost, there it was. It's so short, you can "sample" the entire cue for free!
Now where did I put that cape? smile

Volume 2 is listed, but "price not available" for downloading:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004Z4DOSW/ref=dm_sp_alb

It can be found on itunes. Both vol. 2 and 3 have the same track lists as Percepto's cds.

Track 18 "Jungle Devil" is my favorite cue, Rozsa's "Allegro molto agitato e tumultuoso".

If the Flying Cue is library music, what was it originally written for?

Charles
Never got a chance to view this but I have been re watching the first 2 BW seasons and some of them are just wonderful. Just bought the Varese disc of The first season music. I didn't know there were more. Has there been a better Jimmy Olsen?

Hey Charles,
Has anybody ever been able to get hold of the final (1958) season's Library music for that show? Except for the first season's music, I think 1958 has some of the best tracks used in the series. I'd love to have them.
