Any place you know of that would be interested in purchasing used laser discs in bulk? I would try and sell them on eBay, but the shipping would be a nightmare. I should have saved all my Intrada LP shipping boxes. I am not going to take them to the Goodwill or a pawn shop and I do not do Craigslist. I am talking 200 plus titles!
Dude, I have a bunch myself. And if you ever have to move, let me tell you...it's a bitch to pack and load a few hundred LD's. And seemingly impossible to unload at this point in time at any price..
I'd imagine that it's a really specialized market... I don't even think you could easily move them unless you also threw in a player with it.
That said, HALF PRICE BOOKS stores were still selling used laserdiscs, if that regional chain is anywhere near you... but whatever you'd get back would be a pittance.
I still have a large collection of Laserdiscs, which I still play pretty often. In fact, I broke out my Roan laserdisc of "The Most Dangerous Game" last night.
If you have any really cool titles, I might be interested in taking them off your hands.
Funny that I stumble across this now, I just replaced my LD player that crapped out roughly 12 years ago. WHat titles do you have, and how much do you want?

I think that the only laserdiscs with any value are the ones with unique extras or commentaries (that aren't available on another format). I know that my copy of "Overdrawn at the Memory Bank" is only on vhs and laserdisc :-)
Due to the vinyl "craze" Disney is re-releasing a number of Marvel films in vinyl style (Laser Disc) sized cases. I guess if you still have them it might be worth saving them for the cases in case this catches on - you may be able to sell just the sleeves for some cash so people can store their DVD/Blu-ray discs in these larger sleeves.

Go online to "Bags Unlimited". I think you'll find they have shipping supplies that may accommodate laserdiscs. You can always write and tell them what you want and they'll respond with recommendations about their stock.
