I just discovered there are a lot of songs from the film ISHTAR plus the score by Dave Grusin.

Some of the songs are hilarious. A new documentary on the film (Waiting For Ishtar) is in the works and a new Blu Ray is suppose to come out sometime in 2012. So, my question is what are the odds of a ISHTAR original motion picture Soundtrack coming out?

An album was prepped for Capitol Records I believe, but canceled when the movie flopped.

Hey maybe one day...it WOULD be a curiosity.

I just watched the blu ray of ISHTAR last night & found it to be better than I remember. A pretty nice score but the songs are so bad,they are hilarious!!!
