There was some thread here that posted a video where someone loudly whispers someones name at the end of a cue and I have no memory of where it's from
That was my jam, but I didn't post the clip - it's someone saying 'steve' during Howard Shore ' s THE BROOD suite on the Dead Ringers silva cd. Chilling!
Also someone drops what sounds like a flute to me (I hear keys rattle ) early in 'Flying over Africa' in John Barry's recording of Out of Africa.

Yeah, that's this thread if anyone wants to check it out. I just had found the cue with timecode link in the post by Goblin"Steve!"Score mentioning it:

Why, this is amazing. I was recalling an old thread where I'd mentioned he same thing. But it's not that one. Anyway, I think there was an unintentional cough/sneeze in To Kill A Mockingbird in the Tree Treasures underscoring in the segue from Old Man Radley to Jem's room.
I sat in on the recording sessions for "Coolangatta Gold" by Bill Conti. Felt unreal to be haering a score being recorded before anyone else got to heard it! Score was recorded at the Sydney Opera House on the Concert Hall stage with the Sydney Symphony Orchstra and Bill Conti conducting! I was operating the lighting for the orchestra!
Also, working at Opera House, I supplied lighting for Howling 3 which was shot on Opera Theatre stage - scene where ballerina turns into warewolf.
Unbelievable when your job gives you the oportunity to be involved in films like most people can't!
I love that score!
Some of the action tracks are wild, like if QVC was selling amphaphetamines at 3 am - but I love it!
At the end of a cue from Mark Mckenzie's WARLOCK score, you can hear someone - Probably the composer - Say "That was great - !", presumably with regards to the take, as the studios noise is being faded out.
There's an audible cough in one of KRULL's dissonant choral interludes during, I think, "Inside the Black Fortress".
