So obviously this existed at some time, if it was watchable online. Did anyone happen to grab it? (zoob?) The Goldsmith Odyssey is searching for this episode! If you can help us out, please email: mail (at) goldsmithodyssey (dot) com. Thanks! Yavar

All I was able to grab from it Yavar was the Audio Clips above. A shame they took the actual episode off. I don't know how to save a youtube video for future viewing or turn it into a file of some kind. I basically got those clips by playing the episode (when it was up) and recording the audio to my "Photo Booth" on my mac. Please use them for your show if you can. It was the best sound quality I was able to capture. Good luck in finding the actual episode. It does exist somewhere. That's what I was afraid of. I've searched and searched for this episode in vain but no luck so far. It is actually possible to download YouTube videos -- just do a Google search and it should be pretty easy to figure out. We will indeed plan to use your four score clips on The Goldsmith Odyssey, when we arrive at the only GE Theater episode he scored that we've been able to find (My Dark Days...though we may only have one part out of two). If we can locate the whole episode in time, we'll of course cover it all in context. But if not, discussing your four clips will make a nice bonus. Better than nothing, anyway! Really hope someone else managed to grab this while it was up. Yavar

Here is some pretty good audio for Goldsmith's RAWHIDE score "Incident in the Middle of Nowhere" Forgive me, not sure if you've already covered this one on THE ODYSSEY. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2vFQw76Iclg It’s coming up soonish, but the episode has been commercially released, so we don’t need any help on it. But Jerry’s GE Theater work is really tough to find. Yavar

We will be thanking him on the show as well, but I just wanted to publicly thank George Gallant here (living up to his last name!) for supplying The Goldsmith Odyssey with a video copy of this program that we might cover it on the next regular episode of our podcast. In fact, he got us the video in time for us to cover it in its proper chronological sequence, as the episode aired five days after the "Hay-Fork and Bill Hook" episode of Thriller, which Jeff Bond joined us for (episode released just under a month ago): http://goldsmithodyssey.buzzsprout.com/159614/2372264-episode-23-thriller-hay-fork-and-bill-hook-1961 After that of course, we had a special "throwback" episode where we jumped back to 1958 and Jens returned to join us to discuss the recently-discovered (by us) "Tongues of Angels" from Studio One: http://goldsmithodyssey.buzzsprout.com/159614/2486198-episode-24-tongues-of-angels-westinghouse-studio-one-1958 But next up we return to our chronological journey. For those who may be interested, here's a complete score breakdown of "The Legend That Walks Like a Man" I just completed today, for our podcast recording happening next week: 0:00-0:40 0. Preview (Marked "0" because this may be a cue tracked from elsewhere in the score; only the ending of it coincides with the music as it appears for the scene in the episode proper.) 0:41-2:24 1. My Town 8:07-8:51 2. The Comeback 8:51-9:32 3. Here You Are 12:50-13:27 4. The Convincer 17:01-17:29 5. Practically Done 18:10-19:14 6. Image of Desire 22:14-22:58 7. That’s a Wrap 23:47-24:33 8. The Legend 24:34-25:42 9. End Credits NOTE: These are not Jerry's official cue titles, because we couldn't find them. I did my best to make up convincingly Goldsmithian titles on my own. Yavar P.S. If anyone happened to record the Studio One episode "Shadow of a Genius" (which we know aired a few years ago), please get in touch with The Goldsmith Odyssey at mail (at) goldsmithodyssey (dot) com! Here are more details about it: https://www.filmscoremonthly.com/board/posts.cfm?threadID=113732&forumID=1&archive=0

Oh, we know! I just totally forgot to mention it here...didn’t remember it from doing my complete score breakdown of the score four years ago, which is why it wasn’t brought up in the podcast episode (recorded back in January) but as soon as that sound clip went up, the similarity was clear as day! http://www.intrada.net/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=8430 Yavar

It's worth pointing out that you kinda called in in your initial post years ago, when you said, "Very GENERAL WITH THE COCKEYED ID and TAKE HER, SHE'S MINE sounding", even if you didn't identify that particular theme in common! Yavar
