Ah, don'tcha know Bruce-O occasionally ingests his patented P.P. (wink Petulant Pills razz ) and it takes
him a coupla Eons (bereft Broccoli big grin ) to get over it?

Thass okay, tho, 'cause - if for no other merit (and there's many more above and beyond that) - you've
always got Forever Honorary Status where we're concerned, Asgardian ...

... See? Even HE agrees smile

Thanks, neo. My greatest wish is to meet Williams live one day. It would be the greatest moment of my life.

The truth is, the 'board of directors' voted Ford Thaxton FSM MOY . Rather than face the public embarrasment - and discredit the award - I disbanded the whole enterprise>

We kinda felt the same way having personally grown up listening to the Bond scores and, literally a decade later, professionally not only getting to know Da Guv'nor, being invited to scoring sessions but even listening to his music WITH him in his (then) Bev Hills rented home.

So make it happen, Pally - if anyone can, tis thee (or mebbe these two blokes can put in a metaphysical word on your behalf smile )

I've met him. Face to face. Hand shake. Autograph. Little chat.

Just thought I'd stick the knife into someone before I say goodbye!

Usurped by Bob.

I shall console myself with a plate of dry biscuits and stilton cheese washed down with a cuppa.

Tough call to equal bobs win.
Timmer you could win an award for salt rubber into thors wounds award - you forgot to add how johnny W rings you every week to ask scoring advice and you answer the phone with "for gods sake, man, What do you want now???!!!"

My contender would be Chickenhearted - given all year round he spends tine hunting and tweaking and posting posters for our quizzes, which in turn creates a thread about a specific film for people to add to.Neo's wonderful celebratory threads are always special too and show a lot of thought. David sones too for putting up with us all.

Gee willikers an' heavens ta mergatroyd, TeeGee, we swear sometimes you're so dang TUFF it scares us! wink

We third the motion Chick Consistent would be a right royal choice also but, we gotta ask this (are we outta the matrix loop and missed something mightily):

what would possibly be so amiss saluting Friar Ford?!?

Then again (no unappreciative offense meant to Chick) but, in terms of FSM DIS-Assembled service above and beyond the bounds of mortal tolerance, our triplicate recommendation would definitely go in Ally's always-nobly admired direction.

Putting up, navigating, facilitating and otherwise attempting to maintain decorum, civility and respect in a fractured forum where far too many mad terminally-adolescent roll eyes carbon-units probably can't even SPELL those words (let alone actually put 'em in actual practice razzrazzrazz) - that merits Bruce-Os inspired declaration damn near definitely.

Whaddaya say, Petulant One big grin

Congrats. Bob, & looking forward to the end of the year LP on CD list.

cinemascope, youre a year late congratulating bob for 2012 and a bit previous for 2013 mate. But thats my fault because i ressurrected last years thread to prompt El Bruco into considerations for this year.

So far, although bob would be a very worthy winner again, candidates are still being suggested however so far bruce refuses to play despite encouragement...

You got any candidates mate?

Oh yeah, still looking forward to the LP list though. I wouldn't be Mr. Marshall, as last year he said that Intrada would be releasing The Great Race OST this year, & no sign of it. I'd vote for the other Bruce, he gets involved with the fans, doesn't stretch out the guessing games to more than a couple of days, very feisty, but tongue in cheek most of the time...& some great releases.

EDIT, I see the list is just up over in the lounge area...ah, give it to Bob again.

Thats a good choice Bruce.

Bob's knowledge and library of posters and LP covers - clearly indexed inside his mind - is second to none!

Although if you had asked I could have told you all about Mr Ricco, Dean's shabby raincoat and Chico Hamilton's score.
But I couldnt have provided instant poster like Bob does!!!

Bumped to expose BillCarson for the phoney that he is!
You knew i didn't give the award to myself yet you continued to perpetuate the libel that this award is illegitimately given out.

Repent Sinner!
