Brian Tylers NEXT Film to score, after he is finished with Iron Man 3, is called "Now You See Me". It is about FBI agents who track a team of illusionists that pulled off bank heists during their performances and rewarded the audiences with the money. The Film is being released on June 7.

Still no word on a fast and furious 6 score release, nor if he did the music and still no word on a release date of the film or soundtrack to "Standing Up".

How many composers have been attached to this film now? First, The Chemical Brothers were going to do it, then David Sardy was attached and now Tyler is doing it. It seems to be a sign that either the director and studio can't make up their minds or the film really is that bad.

There are too few comedies on Tyler's resume. This is good news.

The only kind of comedy that I think this will be is of the unintentional variety. The premise is one of the most ridiculous in recent years.

Meanwhile back in the land of open minds......

The premise for this is no dafter than a whole bunch of other movies. It isn't about premise, it is about execution. Personally I think the trailer looks great and I'm delighted atyler is now scoring. Really looking forward to this.

The movie is about illusionists planning and committing a heist with hundreds of witnesses on hand. How one could possibly get away with this (let alone even telling the witnesses to avoid revealing the plan) is simply impossible. This is the kind of plot that comes from people with no sense of logic or rational thought.

In fact, just trying to make sense of the plot would take longer than the actual film.

Lionsgate is distributing the film so expect the studio to handle the score album.

That career as a screenwriter never worked out for you then, huh?

Still working on it. ; ) But to have a good idea, you need for it to make sense. Otherwise, you have people wanting the heads of the people responsible on a silver platter.

I agree but your view that they haven't achieved that with this movie is predicated on what you've read about the premise and having seen the trailer. Now I grant you they may have screwed the pooch but just because your creativity doesn't extend to seeing a way in which the film makers have pulled this concept off doesn't mean to say they haven't aced it.

It's Louis Leterrier doing Chris Nolan. How could it possibly go wrong?
