Does any one know where the cues "News Theme," "Joker's Commercial," and "Joker's Muzak" fit in to the complete score? I wish in the 2cd set they had added these into the complete score as they are not alternates.

It's been a while since I've seen the movie, but I believe the news theme comes after "Clown Attack," and the commercial comes before "Paper Spin/Alicia's Mask" (or maybe right after) - the commercial is shortly before the museum scenes.
The Muzak track was unused, so only the liner notes can provide clarification on that, if there is any. I haven't read them since the release. For what it's worth, I feel like the album program works much better without those source music cues mixed in, so I'm glad LLL stuck them on the end.
Looks like I was wrong on both counts. News Theme plays right after Men At Work, and then the Joker's commercial plays immediately thereafter, cutting into the newscast.
Joker's Muzak was supposed to be played immediately after Bat Cave/Paper Throw, but was replaced by Beautiful Dreamer
