A fabulous and eclectic collection this time around! There's something there for everyone---and it's Waxman at Paramount. How can you miss? I've been listening to SUSIE WONG and TOO LATE BLUES for awhile now---and they are wonderful. I hope everyone who's wanted to get these now has them. Bruce is now "MISTER GOLDEN/SILVER AGE"!!! (Too bad about some of the missing cues in this upcoming release. Yes! All the surviving cues from each, with Botany Bay having the most cues survive, about forty glorious minutes. Stalag is a very short score - we have most of it. As a person already noted: "real film music." I hope somebody does get around to "Rear Window" someday. I know, of course, it's largely a few source pieces.
