I think I've listened to disc 2 much more than disc 1. It's a perfect little suite with an extended version of the main theme before the 12 percussionists were brought in. There's also a really good, unused track called "earth" that sounds like early 90's Zimmer. It could easily play in Thelma & Louise or Rain Man. Maestro (/'ma?stro?/; Italian: [ma'estro]) (from the Italian maestro, meaning "master" or "teacher"[1]) is a title of extreme respect given to a master musician. By extension, it is used in English to designate a master in an artistic field, usually someone with strong knowledge who instructs others in the field. It's pretty cool hearing the early versions especially with more of a synth-based sound. I haven't been able to listen to the soundtrack since I saw and hated the movie (sorry), but I agree with Mutant. I think the sketchbook track is the best thing on there, really. But again, I haven't been able to listen to any of it since the movie came out, so who knows what I think now! Haha Well, as I said "Earth" went unused in the film. It also sounds like an early demo. Check it out, if you dare! But yeah, the movie left a bad taste in my mouth. Over and over again isn't really a discussion, is it?
