Not to get into gender wars but couldn't help having a laugh a couple weeks ago... one woman who was well into her 40s wearing spandex while sporting a gut. The next I was waiting at the bus stop and looked across the street. At a dance studio, two women wearing dresses while the third appeared to be wearing underwear. A third was a young woman wearing a part dress, part not, where part of it is long and the other part comes close to seeing her underwear. No, my eyes weren't getting wider cause I'm excited. I know it's their nature, but, c'mon, you're hurting me. This is illegal exposure! I have rights, too! :
OMG, I feel your pain. I was in Europe a few weeks ago. We were near many beaches. Every where I looked were men way over 40 wearing really minute speedos, and they sported stomachs that hung almost to their knees. Most of those guys also needed large bras for support.

And on some beaches, without the speedos. Of course with the guts you describe, the absence of the speedos doesn't mean anything.
