Well, how bad is it? Merely within shouting distance of up-scaled SD? Or did Universal's digital scrubbing stop within an inch of The Thing's wriggling life? I hope there's still an HD glint in the eye of ol' "Split-face." Remember him? He was the mess--"Is that a man in there...or somethin'?"--from the Norwegian camp that Mac brought back for show and tell.
Fingers crossed this is a quality presentation for a film that deserves it.
