What do you guys think,will John Williams composed again for the sequel? he is then 83 years old

He may be too busy scoring the next STAR WARS trilogy; however, if Spielberg is directing it would be likely he would find the time. I believe Peter Jackson has the helm for this outing, so maybe Howard Shore?

The question is: will there be a sequel?

Jackson is tied up with THE HOBBIT for at least one more year so he could only start working on it in 2015. Will he still be interested in it? Will the studio actually bankroll it since the first one wasn´t exactly a hit? Will people still care?

The first one did make a profit. Hence, enough reason to go for a sequel. If Jackson were assigned to it, certainly Shore would be the first to be asked to score it.

I read that he will make a third movie too for Destination Moon" and "Explorers
