Obviously, we will not get any new stuff from the master, but we can still enjoy scores that are Barry-ish in nature. I just saw The Secrets in Their Eyes, an Argentinian film from 2009. It has a VERY Barry-type score by Federico Jusid. Soft piano, quiet yet lush strings, etc. Highly recommended.

Nice, just like the master.

Luckily, for those of us who prefer 60s Barry, there is no shortage of music in that vein.

Great movie indeed. I never thought of Barry when listening to the music though, but it does have similarities. Funny thing I went to that train station 10 days ago for the first time.
