STAR WARS: EPISODE VII---a rumor claims Benedict Cumberbatch may reunite with his STAR TREK INTO DARKNESS director JJ Abrams with Cumberbatch being a candidate for a key role in EPISODE VII.





SUPERMAN VS. BATMAN---Bryan Cranston commented on the rumor he signed a six-figure deal to play Lex Luthor in the sequel, “Six? This is all news to me. I think that maybe my name is bandied about because I’m known to be bald. ‘What bald guy can we get?’ The reality is they can take any actor and shave his head or put a bald cap on him.”

NCIS---Michael Weatherly commented on Cote de Pablo's departure and the "holding pattern" of Tony's romance with Ziva, "I think that for DiNozzo and for me as an actor, that 'holding pattern' has been incredibly fun to play - I love working with Cote, she's awesome - but also it's been eight years, and we haven't dealt with it. It will be dealt with." He said the first two episodes of Season 11 which begins on September 24, will wrap up Ziva's storyline and are "immensely satisfying. I was very surprised by the things I read in those scripts."





FIFTY SHADES OF GREY---it was confirmed that Charlie Hunnam (SONS OF ANARCHY) will play Christian Grey, and Dakota Johnson, daughter of Don Johnson and Melanie Griffith, will play Anastasia Steele.

THE SECRET SERVICE---a British tabloid's "source" claimed Taylor Swift was offered a role as a woman who is kidnapped and then escapes in the British spy movie starring Colin Firth, Michael Caine, Samuel L. Jackson and David Beckham. The source said Swift would need, "...martial arts training in order to convincingly kick Samuel L. Jackson's butt...It will be Taylor's biggest challenge to date but she cannot wait...She is also looking forward to working with David Beckham whom she thinks is amazing looking, but taken."

12 MONKEYS---Terry Gilliam commented on Syfy's tv series remake of his 1996 movie that starred Bruce Willis and Brad Pitt, "I know nothing about that. That’s just ridiculous. It doesn’t have anything to do with me and no-one has contacted me. It’s a very dumb idea. That’s what I think. If it was going to be any good it would have to be written by David and Janet Peoples, who wrote the film, otherwise it would just be another version of TIME BANDITS."

AMERICAN IDOL---Jennifer Lopez and Harry Connick, Jr. were confirmed to be the new judges.

ONCE UPON A TIME---new photo from Season 3 which premiers on September 29 shows Rose McIver as Tinker Bell and Lana Parilla as The Evil Queen. McIver said about Tinker Bell, "Captain Hook has a history with Tink and wants to find her to help lead the team to Peter Pan's camp."





TRANSFORMERS 4---producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura confirmed Dinobots will be in the movie, "I can not disclose the specifics, but you can be sure that the joining of the Dinobots will give the audience new excitement. In addition to Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, the appearance of these classic roles changed, today the world's coolest, most exciting cars will appear in the film, including China's vehicles whether you are a car enthusiast, you will feast your eyes and be shocked by them."

DREAM DATE---new Fox/Ryan Seacrest reality series in which a group of women seek a date with a celebrity.

SURVIVOR'S REMORSE---new Starz sitcom about two cousins from one of Philadelphia's toughest neighborhood who make it to stardom. LeBron James and Mike O'Malley are co-executive producers.
