It says "composers" in the subject.
Of course, Zimmer (which includes the army of minions that do the work after Hansi has sealed the deal). Brian Tyler, Marco Beltrami & Alexandre Desplat.

Thomas Newman must be in high demand and what about Ennio Morricone?. He doesn't work as much as he used to but I suspect he gets plenty of offers.

Yes, I wonder how they managed to hire him? It's only the director's second feature.

Desplat is the only composer who is wanted for any genre : Independant movies, Oscar type movies, animation films, blockbusters, foreigh films...
I can't see any other composers with so many different films. During the last three years : The King's Speech, Harry Potter, Tree of life, 2 Polanki films, The Ides of Marsh, Argo, Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close, Zero Dark 30, Moonrise Kingdom, Rise of the Guardian, Zulu, Godzilla, the next S. Frears... not to mention important French films (My Way, Rust and Bone, Renoir, The Pagnol films).
He's not confined to a specific genre. So, I guess you can say he's the most sought after composer.

I gather that John Williams doesn't get as many offers as you'd think these days for whatever reason. Presumably the offer was made (maybe as a long shot or perhaps one of the producers worked with him before?) and JW decided that the project interesting him. It certainly sounds like it could be a good film.
