FYI, for those of you who like Gunning's film music, don't forget that he has written concert music too. His Symphonies 1 and 3-7 are all available on CD as well as various other concertos. Most of the symphonies are one track of multiple continuous movements and play as tone poems, and should appeal very much to fans of his film music.
Thanks for the reminder, Mastadge. Most of these albums are available on Spotify in excellent digital quality, great way to sample his work to decide on picking up the CDs.
EDIT: Just listened to Symphony #6 - quite a strong work, much more of a concert work than an immediately appealing film score, but excellent and very listenable.
