Has anyone heard of a physical cd release for this soundtrack? Have the kick starter CDs been sent out (people who donated XX dollars to the kick starter campaign were promised physical CDs).

The kickstarter CD arrived some time ago. Its bonus is a commentary track in which Wintory discusses three of the themes, which is helpful for those like me who have not played the game is helpful for context. Each of the themes he plays as a piano treatment and then, after discussing how he decided which instruments to use for them to convey the feelings, segues into an orchestrated version. He also demonstrates the main themes in counterpoint to each other. All in all it only runs about 4 minutes but it was pretty cool.
Autographed copies of the CD are still available from the label for $9 (free shipping within the USA). Listening right now for the first time. Beautiful, powerful stuff. Highly recommended. I'd love to check out the game someday.

Odd timing to bump this, as the game itself is just $10 on Steam (Midweek special, so through Thursday). Plus soundtrack is $2.50 with the game or $4 standalone (Mp3s on Steam of course, certainly go with Bandcamp if you want that)

I wonder if it'll stay $6 when it's released? Pre-ordering a digital album seems especially ridiculous, unless there's a discount in which case I'll get right on it...
Yeah. I was disappointed in the first game (NOT a fan of the mood and the battle system is a bit wonky) so never got the second and won't the third.....but love both OSTs and I'm sure Wintory will do a great job as before.
