ah, you meant purchased. I was wondering how (or why) you would write music for an existing LP.... So this is just an audio track of dialog flubs, without the video?
Respectfully, "scored" is not synonymous with "purchased."
then what's the "two bucks" referring to? if you didnt buy the LP, are you saying you scored (as in applied music to) a bloopers vinyl album? what is this thread about??

"Purchase" is a generic term that refers to a transaction, good or bad.
"Score" has a connotation of getting something rare, or getting something for very cheap, or a combination of both.
So, one might say I "purchased" bananas from the grocery store, but not that I "scored" some bananas (unless they were very rare or cheap) from the grocery store.
So - once again - I Just SCORED the Star Trek Season 3 Bloopers LP for two bucks.
Is this the LP released on the cunningly named 'Blue Pear Records'?
If so congrats - a real rarity, and different to the flubs seen on official videos.
Got mine from Tower Records in Piccadilly Circus back in 1986 (along with the Label X LPs and the then newly released Star Trek IV soundtrack LP. Great days!
Was surprised in later years to find it was s bootleg LP having bought it in Tower Records!
Great sleeve notes too. Would be cool if a label would release this officially. Funniest flub must be the 'symptom of the radiation illness' takes from Turnabout Intruder. I can't watch that scene without feeling sorry for the actor now

Oh come on don't be so patronizing! You said "I scored" on a music board. One is likely to think you meant you wrote music for. Anyway congrats on your "score".
well, this isnt film music just because it's an LP so I would expect it to be in the "Non-Film Discussion" forum. And "scored" for "two bucks" means you purchased it. Plus I was only aware of blooper film reels, not audio releases, but I guess this was before VCRs would make that possible. Anyway, is this uploaded anywhere? "Turnabout Intruder" is so painful I'd love to associate something funny with it.
For the "record," I knew what "scored" meant (c'mon!)
jesus, wtf. I knew he meant he bought the friggin LP, but was thrown off by VIDEO BLOOPERS being on an LP. But the OP confused the issue by ignoring my question and instead said "scored" and "purchased" arent the same. Consequently I didnt know what he was talking about...and with the LLL Box release, I thought he might have cued up music from that to video bloopers (because there are people here that would probably do that).
No! Trek Bloopers isn't technically a soundtrack album per-se - boo hoo! Get over it! What a waste of time/energy even arguing over it...
This does have much of the source music from Way to Eden on it however, so - take that Herberts!
Seriously, this is an utter gem of an album, and to any fan of Star Trek.
Hope it's officially released one day, but if the original tapes no longer exist I would be delighted to do a high quality 24/96 transfer using v.high quality equipment of this if any of the labels would be interested in using this in the future, once any copyright issues have been sorted. Everyone should have a chance to hear this one... (Please no PMs for any dload links please. And should anyone from FSM or any other Label releasing official Star Trek audio be interested in hearing & acquiring this, please do get in touch).
