I've only ever see people request it but has there been any actual talk about it from La La Land such as has it been considered or are there any licensing issues that prevent all 4 scores being properly released and expanded? thanks.
I don't think LLL has ever hinted at it, but it's been highly speculated by many on this board. More so as a result of wishful thinking than anything else.

Not so much as a gesture has been made about a LW set except that years back MV stated that a release of LW4 was a no go as Watertower was not allowing it at the time. However, that was before Batman Animated, which at that time was also dissalowed and things have changed since.
If the LW's are coming, they are being tight about it.
