Anyone in the UK watching this? I've heard some positive comments about the show and also about the music composed by Martin Phipps. Given how ignored he is by all labels, I wouldn't hold my breath for the CD, but I am definitely curious about this one.
Can anyone comment on the show and its music?

I found the score so intrusive, clamorous and anachronistic it stopped me watching. But then I guess I'm just a sad 'golden/silver ager'!

The most memorable music in the series comes from albums by people like Nick Cave ('Let Love In') and PJ Harvey ('Is This Desire?')

I dunno about the score - its just a brill drama with a superb cast.
