STAR TREK: DEEP SPACE NINE Collection - Various Composers (La-La Land)
Just received "The Miracle" and "The Pleasure of his Company" a couple of days ago. I was only familiar with "Miracle" on the Bernstein FSM box set Filmmusic Collection. The score sounds much fuller (with occasional chorus) and expansive. I guess WB expected a big box office win the film. It was not well received critically when released, but I did see it but remember not being impressed except for the music. I purchased the LP from Bernstein's Filmmusic Collection and it continued to be one of my favorite of Elmer's works. Of course, I was thrilled when FSM released the box set. This current CD is another winner from Intrada. l
